Fixes missed Right Option presses after macOS deactivates the event tap due to timeouts or Secure Input switches: physical key-state polling now restores detection automatically. Also includes the 0.3.51 long-recording continuation and relaxed LLM polishing (server already deployed).

Fixes recognition cutting off when a long recording crosses the upstream session boundary: the server rotates the ASR channel every 4 minutes, reconnects automatically on failure and replays buffered audio, and cross-segment transcripts are stitched together with overlap deduplication. AI polish is no longer limited to 3 seconds (total wait extended to 10 minutes), long text is split at natural boundaries and optimized chunk by chunk with the original transcript preserved on any failure, and partial results are polished too.

Fully fixes the periodic flashing window while using the phone microphone: probing the phone-hotspot gateway ran route print (a console app) on every connect/retry; it now runs fully hidden (CREATE_NO_WINDOW) with a 60s result cache, so no console windows pop up anymore.
